We're located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Il, at the intersection of Interstate 90 [Northwest Tollway] and Barrington Rd.

Steven's Molding, Inc. was conceived by Stefan Ballek, owner and director of the Ballek Die Mold operation nearly three decades ago. After many successful years of designing and constructing molds for his customers, he believed they required more than merely the expertise that he built into each quality mold. They wanted Ballek Die Mold to supply their molds

along with component samples, first article inspections, and small production pilot runs. Stefan stepped forward to meet the challenge to service his customers requirements for component samples and first article inspections while he continued to supply them with the old world craftsmanship that they expected from the Ballek Die Mold Tooling.

From these humble beginnings, Stefan provided the apprenticeship of young Steven, which included quality, highly skilled craftsmanship and integrity. The required skills, which range from the tool bench to mold building, tool maintenance, setup, production, and inspection are the basis Steven's development which led to the Presidency of Stevens Molding.

Steven's Molding, Inc. is completing their third decade of manufacturing and has over fifty-five dedicated employees which contribute to approx. four million dollars in molding, decorating, and secondary services each year.

Our Team's continuous strive for excellence has resulted in receiving three yearly "ZERO" PPM awards from three valued customers. Accomplishments such as these come as a result of continuous growth through the ISO 9002/QS 9000 principles and philosophies. We at Steven's Molding, Inc. rigidly adhere to these standards.

Both Stefan and Steven Ballek will continue to serve as the benchmark for others to follow into the twenty-first century.
